Lotte Wellfood Expands in India with Merger

Lotte Wellfood has completed a merger of its Indian subsidiary Lotte India with Havmor. This move aims to expand its presence in the Indian market, with plans to increase Lotte India's annual sales to 1 trillion KRW by 2032. The merger allows Lotte Wellfood to cover all regions in India and involves investments in production, including a new factory for ice cream and another for the popular Korean snack Pepero.
