The environment was comfortable and clean, and the counter staff and doctors were very friendly. A translator followed up before the injection to confirm the details with the doctor. The products used were shown to the customer before opening, which made me feel more at ease.
The consultant was really nice, she explained the color theory and recommended suitable hairstyle/hair color and lip balm based on face shape and your color tone. She also took photos with my phone during the color analysis part so you can review it after.
The staff were friendly and can speak in English/Mandarin. The whole process was very quick, ended in 30mins.

Please do not subscribe to the premium membership; it's a scam. When I subscribed, the total price was clearly discounted (see picture 1). Only after completing the treatment did they tell me that the discount was only on the deposit. Therefore, this website is a scam; please do not subscribe. Furthermore, their administration is extremely chaotic.
This was my first time getting a cosmetic procedure in Korea, and the overall experience was even better than expected. I'd definitely go back! 👌
The location is right next to Seongsu Station, which is super convenient and very tourist-friendly. Plus, there's a Chinese translator, so communication was worry-free throughout. The translator was very friendly; I was a little nervous during the procedure, and she kept checking on me, almost like she was "accompanying" me – a big plus.
The consultation went smoothly too. The head of the department explained things efficiently without any pressure from sales pitches; everything that needed to be said was covered. The doctor himself was also very attentive, explaining each step and its potential impact beforehand. His movements during the procedure were gentle, which made me feel quite at ease overall.
The price was great because I happened to be there during a promotion, so it was good value for money. If you're considering a procedure, this is a good option.
However, one thing to note ⚠️: I recommend not booking too late (around 7 pm), as the finishing touches can feel a bit rushed, making you feel "pushed by time," which can diminish the overall experience.
Overall, it was a comfortable and smooth cosmetic procedure experience, and I would definitely go back if I had the chance.
The airport currency exchange service was incredibly convenient; there was someone waiting for me at a designated location. I told him my flight was delayed, and he waited until I successfully entered the country. I'll definitely exchange Korean won here next time I'm in Korea.
I had a wonderful time at the Sihyunhada Gangnam branch. This was on my bucket list and I’m glad I ticked it off! My photographer & recorder EHAE was very lovely and so fun to talk to even if I cannot understand Korean. All the staff look so cool and the location is great! I would recommend this to anyone who wants a nice photograph of themselves.

I knew that going to a dermatology specialist for cosmetic procedures might not be the most cost-effective option, but I still chose Jin Yang Ji because of the doctors' professional skills. The staff and doctors were very professional, but it was a bit busy, and the wait time was a bit long. I actually wanted to have microneedling done that day, but my skin condition wasn't great, so I had to opt for another procedure. There was no hard selling; I could decide for myself. After the procedure, the clinic immediately explained the reason for the stinging and burning sensation on my face and provided aftercare instructions. They also assured me that I could contact them anytime if I had any questions, which made me feel much more at ease. Unlike in Taiwan, here, the pre-photoshoot cleansing and post-treatment gel removal are all things that customers have to do themselves; they only help with the application of numbing cream. My first treatment with Rejuran (red box, 2cc) cost ₩500,000 won. The red box is a product only available in Korea. The pain and the noticeable small bumps on my face after the treatment took more than two days to subside. I also had another treatment, V-PO Advance, costing ₩660,000 won (2000 radiofrequency + 300 ultrasound + 600 eye radiofrequency), which improves and lifts the facial contours, lasting 3-4 months. What's unique is the Rejuran packaging after the treatment; you can fill in your information on your phone and redeem a Starbucks Americano (valid for one month). I'm looking forward to seeing how my skin stabilizes and the results after the treatment, and hopefully I can get gold microneedling to improve my pores!

I was able to rent it without any problems and successfully took some great photos at the live show! It's a bit of a walk from KSPO DOME, so it's best to allow plenty of time.

The makeup artist was incredibly kind, and after the treatment, she not only told me about the cosmetics she used but also recommended some other products!
She tailored the makeup to my individual needs, which was fantastic!
We had so much fun doing this! The instructor wasn't confident in their English skills, so we used the Papago app to translate more complicated instructions, and that worked great. I was a little nervous to use the power tools but the instructions were clear and I felt safe using them as the instructor watched and kept their hand on the power switch the whole time. There was a scrap piece of skateboard I saw and asked if I could use that instead, which was a bit too small and splitting. The instructor allowed me to continue making my ring with a nice piece that I chose previously and at the end, made another ring for me using the scrap piece! I was so delighted, and all of our rings came out amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

The consultant I encountered was aggressively pushing sales. If I didn't buy her recommended products, she would give me a hard time, even though she spoke Korean. Her tone and expressions clearly showed her displeasure. If I took too long to think about it, she would constantly pressure me to make a decision, which made me feel uncomfortable.
Later, I discovered that the discount I booked through Creatrip hadn't been used.
When I inquired, I met a Chinese-speaking staff member who was very helpful and kind. I'm grateful for his assistance.
Because the treatment didn't show immediate results, and the results after a month didn't meet my expectations either.
The waiting area was packed with people, operating like an assembly line, so there was a considerable wait time.
I recommend the Quantum Room; it's a great place to sweat profusely. It's located on the B2 level of the supermarket.
