“Gather Around a Lighthouse” Art Contests and Mural Painting Experiences

South Korea's Lighthouse Week takes place from June 27 to July 6 across multiple cities including Incheon, Ulsan, Sokcho in Gangwon, and Gunsan in Jeonbuk. This event celebrates the significance and value of lighthouses as maritime symbols and resources. Various activities will be held, such as an art contest for children themed 'Lighthouses and the Sea', mural painting at Busan's Seoamhang Breakwater Lighthouse, and a one-day lighthouse keeper experience at Incheon's Palmido Lighthouse. Photo exhibitions of scenic lighthouses are also planned in eight regions.
