Discover the Beauty of 'Hanbok and Hangeul' at the Hanbok Pop-Up Store in Sejong City

The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the city of Sejong hosted a "Hanbok Pop-Up Store" event from June 13th to 15th in Sejong AK&. During this event, eight Hanbok (traditional Korean dress) brands participated, offering discounts of up to 80% on over 100 types of Hanbok. The event also featured displays of traditional Hanbok made with fabrics designed after Hangeul (Korean alphabet), and a complimentary "Dress in Hanbok Correctly" photo session. A fashion show highlighting modern interpretations of Hanbok was held outdoors, and visitors were given gifts such as a Hanbok fan or Hangeul keychain. Participating in the event allowed access to additional benefits like free admission to a Hanbok Expo in August. This event aimed to promote the culture of wearing Hanbok in Sejong, known as a Hangeul Culture City.
