Song Soo-geun, former vice minister of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the current head of the Korea International Cultural Forum, is holding his first solo art exhibition titled 'Capturing the Essence of Rocky Mountains'. Running from June 19 to 30 at Kubaa Art Center in Seoul's Gangnam district, the exhibition features 24 pieces that convey the profound presence of rocky mountains. Song's art journey began in 2019 at Kyewon University of Arts & Design, where he was inspired to paint after visiting a student studio. His works go beyond mere depictions of nature, presenting rocky mountains as living entities with depth and emotion. This intricacy is expected to resonate deeply with visitors.
