Opened in October last year to boost tourism in the southern region, the hotel was praised for its sea views and service. It features 9 room types, a banquet hall for over 250 guests, and an infinity pool. Hanaem126 is recognized for sustainable practices, receiving a Green Building Certification and being the first domestic hotel to earn an 'Obstacle-Free Living Environment Certification'. Since its opening, approximately 20,000 visitors have stayed at the hotel, with 51% coming from the Seoul metropolitan area. The KTO aims for the hotel and Oceano Tourism Complex to become key tourism hubs in the southwest region.
