Lotte Hotel & Resort announced that they will showcase desserts created by Lotte Hotel Seoul's pastry chef, Ba Young-san, who won top 3 at the Singapore International Culinary Competition FHA. Considered one of the top 3 culinary competitions globally, FHA evaluates cooking skills, teamwork, and creativity. The Korean national team, including Chef Ba, presented desserts featuring exotic flavors using ingredients like raspberry, coconut, and chocolate, as well as sugar art, impressing with their harmony and plating technique. From now until June 30th, guests can enjoy these award-winning desserts at various Lotte hotel buffet restaurants. Chef Ba's notable creations include Verrine (cup dessert) with raspberry, a refreshing pear and coconut tart, and an Earl Grey-filled chocolate cake. This event aims to offer diverse culinary experiences as recognized by international gastronomy experts.
