South Korean hotels are expanding stay experiences into full wellness 'hotel-cations' by bundling spa and therapy treatments with inner-beauty (beauty supplements), health-focused meals, yoga and hot springs. The Westin Chosun Seoul partnered with AVEDA for scalp therapies and on-site therapist sessions; Banyan Tree Seoul offers a ‘wellbeing sanctuary’ combining a relaxation pool and herbal spa treatments; Sofitel Ambassador Seoul pairs rooms with 60-minute spa treatments and extended check-in/out; Park Hyatt Busan includes a 60-minute body therapy plus breakfast, pool, gym and sauna. Paradise Hotel Busan teamed with inner-beauty brand OWNIST to add wellness drinks and detox-friendly breakfast options. Jeju’s Podo Hotel and Egot (premium wellness space) run a ‘Stay in Mindfulness’ package with morning yoga, high-temperature argonite hot spring and pool access. Hotels are shifting from simple stays to integrated “eat, move, rest” wellness packages designed to recharge guests’ body and mind.
