AI App Lets Residents Preview Apartment Repaints in 5 Minutes

Noru Paint launched ‘Noru Smart Color,’ an AI-based color simulation service that generates realistic apartment exterior repaint previews from smartphone photos in about five minutes. The tool automatically analyzes building facades, corrects obstacles, and applies real-image-based colors so managers and residents can compare options on-site without lengthy graphic work. Previously, producing repaint proposals took 1–3 days, delaying decisions. Noru says the service, built on its own data and AI training, will improve communication, reduce repetitive work, and set a new technology standard in apartment repainting. (Note: “apartment” in Korea often refers to large multi-unit residential complexes common in urban areas.)
