Doosan Art Center announced its 2026 season lineup featuring 19 co-produced and commissioned works. Highlights include the homegrown, Tony-winning musical Maybe Happy Ending; the historical play Bang-ya (about Korea’s modern history told through an old rifle); and the time-travel musical Let Me Fly, returning for a third run from Oct 6, 2026 to Jan 3, 2027 (the 2023 revival starred actor Park Bo-gum). Space111 will host Doosan Art Lab with eight emerging creators staging new plays such as More Life and Principle, plus the acclaimed I Am My Wife. Commissioned pieces include 99% Genius Diary, about short-track skater Su-myeong’s struggles, and The Lonely Gourmets of Gyeongseong, an immersive (audience-participation) play set in a 1930s Gyeongseong coffeehouse. The center will also run Doosan Art School programs—creative workshops, art lectures, and performing-arts talks—open to the public; full details are on Doosan Art Center’s website and SNS.
