At the National Museum of Korea in Yongsan, Seoul, officials inspected the newly opened 'Islamic Gallery' during its opening ceremony. Co-hosted with the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar, the exhibition titled 'Islamic Art: A Radiant Journey of Light' presents 83 works including early Qur'an (Koran) manuscripts and other Islamic artworks on the museum's 3rd-floor World Cultures Gallery. The show runs from Nov. 22 through Oct. 11 of next year, lasting about 11 months.
