Lotte Hotels & Resorts has introduced a ‘mobile integrated stay voucher’ aimed at corporate clients, expanding its paper vouchers into digital form to offer more convenience and flexibility. The vouchers are available in denominations of 2,000,000; 1,500,000; 1,000,000; 800,000; and 600,000 KRW and can be used at Signiel Seoul and Busan, Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, Ulsan, and Busan. Recipients receive the mobile voucher via SMS or email and can book directly through a link without exchanging a physical coupon. The product targets corporate gifts for VIP customers, promotional prizes, and employee welfare benefits. Mobile vouchers can be obtained through the chain’s hotline or the corporate mobile coupon service ‘Giftyel Biz’ (기프티엘 비즈), while paper vouchers remain purchasable by phone. Lotte says the service aligns with digital gifting trends and aims to enhance corporate gifting and welfare convenience.
