Mega MGC Coffee upgraded its membership app on the 19th and reached 1.2 million users within five days, the company announced on the 24th. As of October 2025, about 6.5 million members use the Mega MGC Coffee service. The company said the upgrade accelerates digital transformation without adding extra costs to franchise stores: the headquarters covered 100% of the upgrade project costs and reduced franchisees’ Mega Order (in-app ordering) fees. The update emphasizes personalization—offering tailored menu recommendations, promotion alerts, and customized feature suggestions based on user patterns and preferences. It also simplifies ordering and payment with an improved UI/UX and introduces faster and social ordering options like “Quick Order” and “Together Order” (joint ordering feature).
