Pierre Gagnaire Seoul, a French restaurant on the 35th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul and the only local outpost overseen by Michelin three‑star chef Pierre Gagnaire, has been selected for Seoul’s '2025 Taste of Seoul 100' list. The city-led program spotlights 100 representative restaurants and bars to promote Seoul’s culinary culture worldwide. To celebrate, Lotte Hotel Seoul will join the city’s Restaurant Week from Oct 27–Nov 2: guests who order from the Pierre Gagnaire Seoul menu will receive a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut. Additionally, the PG Bar is running a whiskey promotion through Nov 30 featuring a tasting of three Balvenie expressions (DoubleWood, Caribbean Cask, French Oak) paired with a slice of opera cake. Lotte Hotel Seoul said the selection is an honor and hopes guests will enjoy this elevated French dining experience.
