Actor and chef Hong Seok-cheon will host a one-day “Thai Cuisine Dining” event at Forest Resom’s premium restaurant Mondo Kitchen on the 18th. The dinner buffet collaboration showcases exotic autumn-night dining with authentic Thai dishes and street food—such as tom yum goong rice noodles (똠양꿍 쌀국수), Thai cashew chicken, and phu phat phong curry (푸팟퐁커리)—highlighting spices and herbs to recreate a Thai street-like experience. Hong will meet guests and take commemorative photos. Known for popularizing Thai food in Korea through restaurants around Itaewon (이태원) and media work, Hong’s participation aligns with Resom Resort’s aim to offer nature-centered gourmet journeys and seasonal chef collaborations.
