Nongshim, a major Korean food company, is showcasing a creative dish featuring Shin Ramyun Tumba (a spicy ramen powder) in collaboration with 'Perigee', a renowned pasta restaurant located in Samsung-dong, Seoul, which is also recognized in the Michelin Selected list. As part of the Nongshim Myungga 60 project, celebrating Nunaemi's 60th anniversary, they present 'Mafaldine with Lobster' - a gourmet dish combining grilled lobster with a rosé sauce made from shellfish broth, butter, and Shin Ramyun Tumba. Nolaised shredded Shin Ramyun Tumba noodles are mixed into the pasta for a chewy texture. Nongshim aims to elevate the culinary value of ramen through this venture. Previously, collaborations were made with other notable restaurants and chefs, further exploring the versatility of instant ramen in gourmet settings.
