The French National Orchestra, one of France's top three symphony orchestras alongside the Paris Orchestra and the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra, will be performing in Seoul on April 29 and 30. Under the direction of Christian Măcelaru, a prominent Romanian conductor and current music director of the orchestra since 2020, the ensemble brings French classical masterpieces. The concert will feature pianist Alexandre Kantorow, notable for winning the Tchaikovsky Competition in 2019, performing works by French composers like Saint-Saëns. This marks the orchestra's return to Korea after 29 years, promising an exquisite musical experience at Lotte Concert Hall and Seoul Arts Center.
