Jeju Dream Tower to Present Exclusive Sushi Saito Ju Yon Omakase

The famous high-end sushi omakase 'Sushi Saito Ju Yon', known for its reservation frenzy in Seoul's Cheongdam, will be making a special appearance in Jeju. Lotte Tour Development announced a two-day exclusive event at the Grand Hyatt Jeju's Japanese restaurant 'Yumeyama'. Limited to only 40 guests, the omakase will be held over four sessions for 10 guests each on August 3rd and 4th. Priced at 380,000 KRW (South Korean Won) per person, reservations open at 3 PM on Catch Table. 'Sushi Saito Ju Yon' is operated by Chef Kim Joo-Young, a disciple of the Michelin 3-star Chef Takashi Saito, and has gained fame after visits from BTS members Jimin and Suga. The Grand Hyatt Jeju offers a premium dining experience with independent sushi, teppanyaki, and izakaya sections, perfect for enjoying Jeju's culinary journey till midnight.
