On May 26th, Chuncheon Cultural Foundation presents a special daytime concert, 'Matinée,' at the Chuncheon Cultural and Arts Center, featuring pianists Jeong-won Kim and Yunji Yeo. This event challenges the typical evening performance schedule by offering a midday show, named after the French term 'matinée' which means 'morning show'. Jeong-won Kim, known for his expressive Chopin pieces, will enchant the audience with pieces like Mozart's Fantasies and Schubert's B-flat Minor Fantasy. Yunji Yeo will join him for a pianistic duet, offering a unique four-hand performance. This June opening performance is just the start of a series that will continue through the year, showcasing various artists. Tickets are priced at 25,000 KRW, with partial reimbursement offered via Chuncheon Love Gift Certificates.
