Kim Ju-ho to Receive the 39th Kim Se-jung Sculpture Award

The Kim Se-jung Memorial Foundation announced that artist Kim Ju-ho, aged 76, has been selected for the 39th Kim Se-jung Sculpture Award. Additionally, artist Seo Hae-young, 42, will receive the Young Sculptor Award, and Professor Emeritus Park Eun-sun has been recognized in the literary category for her work on "True-View Landscape Paintings of the Late Joseon Dynasty." The Kim Se-jung Sculpture Award, established in 1987, honors the legacy of Kim Se-jung, a pioneer in Korean modern sculpture known for the Admiral Yi Sun-sin statue in Gwanghwamun. The award ceremony will take place on the 24th in Seoul.
