UNIQLO Launches Clothing Donation Event for Environment Month

UNIQLO is promoting a sustainable cycle for used clothing during Environment Month by collaborating with the Green Umbrella Children's Foundation. From now until the end of the month, people can donate UNIQLO clothes at designated collection boxes in UNIQLO stores and upload a certification photo on the Green Umbrella event page to participate. Participants have a chance to win reusable cotton bags. Donated clothes will either be given to institutions in need or upcycled into furniture through fiber panels. UNIQLO has been running a campaign to donate upcycled furniture to child care facilities since last year. Additionally, UNIQLO will hold embroidery workshops in collaboration with the circular fashion platform 'Jennidle.' These workshops will take place at Lotte World Mall and Sinsa branches, offering professional mending lessons.
