The HiKR Ground, a Korean tourism promotion center operated by the Korea Tourism Organization, has exceeded 2 million visitors. Opened in July 2022, the center blends Korean content (K-content) as a comprehensive playground and has become a must-visit destination for both local youth and international Hallyu (Korean Wave) fans. On average, the center sees around 2,600 visitors daily, significantly more than pre-pandemic figures. Attractions include a media wall, spaces for creating K-pop music videos, trendy Korean culture experiences like karaoke and convenience stores, a pop-up store for seasonal K-culture, and a lounge offering views of Cheonggyecheon (a famous stream in Seoul). To celebrate hitting the visitor milestone, a special event offering souvenirs is being held from the 15th to the 20th.
