"What do I want to leave behind?" Six painters—Kim Jin-woo, Nam Risa, Myeong Dal-hae, Myeong Eun-jung, Jeong Joo-hee, and Jeong Chung-il—present sensory traces of their practices in the group exhibition 'Art, Finally' opening February 4 at the Mongyang Memorial Hall education exhibition space in Yangpyeong, Gyeonggi. The artists work across landscapes, still lifes, abstraction, realism, inner life and narrative to arrive at a shared conclusion: art is less an answer than an enduring attitude and the sense we refuse to let go of. Organizers from Green Giraffe (그린기린) describe the show as a record of moments that invites visitors to pause and reflect on their own 'finally'—the personal place you return to after many choices and questions. The exhibition aims to leave behind canvases that evoke questions and sensations without needing explanation.
