Seoul city and nearby districts are mobilizing emergency plans after BTS chose Gwanghwamun Plaza for their March comeback performance, expected to draw up to 200,000 people (global fandom). Authorities conditionally approved a roughly 18,000‑person stage at the plaza while considering an additional 30,000‑person event at Seoul Plaza. Key measures include finalizing safety and crowd‑exit plans, coordinating police and fire agencies at a safety committee meeting, and using multiple outdoor video screens (전광판) for the show.
