Dalseo Cultural Foundation to Host New Year Concert Featuring Rock Vocalist Park Wan-kyu

Dalseo Cultural Foundation will hold a New Year concert on January 23 at 7:30 p.m. at Dalseo Art Center Cheongryong Hall. The program blends classical, jazz and popular music to celebrate the new year and promote everyday cultural engagement. Performances include the Apple Jazz Orchestra, soprano Kim Na-young and tenor An Hye-chan for classical pieces, jazz vocalist Woo Su-mi, and a highlight set by Park Wan-kyu, lead singer of the famous Korean rock band Buhwal (Bu-hwal). Tickets can be reserved online through the foundation's website starting January 13 at 2 p.m. The foundation says the concert kicks off a year of diverse local cultural programs—performances, festivals, exhibitions and community arts—to enrich daily life in Dalseo.
