The Seoul National Theater's Ha-eorum Theater will host the ballet gala 'The Night in Seoul' over the first weekend of 2026 (Jan 3–4). Leading Korean dancers active on the international stage will perform, including Kang Ho-hyun (Paris Opera Ballet principal) and Jeon Min-chul (Marinsky Ballet first soloist), along with Park Yoon-jae, who won the 2025 Varna/Lausanne (Lozan) international ballet competition and now dances with the American Ballet Theatre Studio Company. The three-part program opens with repertoire from the Royal Danish Ballet—rare pieces in Korea such as La Sylphide and Neapolitan tarantella/pas de deux. The second part features American Ballet Theatre members, including familiar faces like Park Yoon-jae, Chloe Michel-din, and Korean company member Seo Yoon-jung. The final part presents classical works: Kang Ho-hyun will perform a pas de deux from The Sleeping Beauty (Jan 3) and a performance of the Delibes suite (Jan 4) with colleague Lorenzo Relli.
