In the event that entry is not possible due to force majeure factors such as show delays, store cancellations, adverse weather, or similar disasters, the final decision will be made according to the ticketing company's policies.
This ticket is a standalone product and does not include transportation to Busan.
Seats are assigned in the order of payment, starting from the front. Movement to seats other than the ones you have booked is not allowed; you can only view from your designated seat.
This ticket is non-refundable.
After purchasing tickets, exchange tickets through TK staff at the TK Travel Seoul office or Gwangalli Beach Starbucks before 18:00 on November 2, 2023. We are helping you change your ticket based on the reservation number on your email voucher.
Gwangalli Beach At Starbucks, the exchange time is between 13:00 and 19:00 on Nov. 4, 2023. (Address: 247, Gwangan Beach-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan)
Children under 36 months can enter for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian. However, no separate seat will be provided. Please prepare proof of the child's birthdate.
It is recommended to arrive 60–90 minutes early. No refunds will be given if you cannot enter due to late arrival.

Before entering, you must present your admission ticket. The admission ticket must be picked up in person, and you can receive it at the TK Travel Seoul office or Busan Gwangalli Beach Starbucks until 6 p.m., at least 2 days before the experience day.

The fireworks show starts at 20:00 and lasts 50 minutes. Before the show, there are pre-events that will entertain guests until the main event.
