2024 Busan Fireworks Festival | S Seat Tickets

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed, you cannot cancel the tickets and get a refund. 
4. Show your reservation details and voucher to the staff at your chosen pick-up location to receive your tickets. Detailed pick-up location, date, and time will be sent via personal SNS or email.
5. On the day of the festival, arrive at the paid seating entrance on Gwangalli Beach at your designated entry time.

1. Seoul Office

Location: Myungkyung Building, 5th Floor, TK Travel, 39 Sinimun-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul  
Pick-up Period: October 28, 2024 - November 8, 2024 / Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00

2. Busan Gwangalli

Location: In front of Starbucks Gwangalli (247 Gwanganhangman-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan)  
Pick-up Period: November 9, 2024 / 14:00-16:00
* Detailed pick-up location, date, and time will be sent via personal SNS or email.

• Please keep in mind that the entry is allowed between 15:00-18:00 KST on the day. 
• In case of performance delays, bad weather, or similar disasters, the final decision will be based on the ticket company's policy.
• This ticket does not include transportation to Busan; it is a ticket-only product.
• This ticket is non-transferable.
• Detailed pick-up location, date, and time will be sent via personal SNS or email.
• You are responsible for lost or damaged tickets. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, and you cannot enter without a ticket.
• This ticket is for reserved seating.
• Seats are assigned in the order of payment. You cannot move to a different seat and must stay in your assigned seat.
• Children under 36 months can enter for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding guardian. However, no separate seat is provided, and proof of the child's birth date is required.
• It is recommended to arrive 60-90 minutes early. No refunds will be given if you miss the entry time due to personal reasons.
• Entry may be denied or seats may be changed if you arrive after the check-in deadline.
• Arrive at the meeting point on time to avoid issues with entry.
• We are only responsible for ticket reservations and are not liable for dissatisfaction with the venue facilities or services.
• Items that may pose a danger to others are not allowed. (e.g., glass, sharp objects, fireworks, knives, large suitcases, sturdy and angular items, unsealed paper bags containing many items)
