Present your voucher at the Eland Cruise ticket booth and fill out the boarding form. After verifying your ID, please exchange it for a physical ticket.

Arrive earlier than boarding time. We recommend passengers arrive 30 minutes before boarding.

Please bring your passport for identification.

Please complete the reservation 2 days before the cruise. 

Reservation cancellations and refunds are only available three days prior to the reservation date, and no refunds are possible after that.

Children under 35 months are free. The child must have a passport for identification as well.

The Banpo Rainbow Bridge operates from April to October but may be closed due to weather conditions or other reasons.

For the safety of the customer, the cruise may be canceled depending on the weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you of the cancellation through SMS and e-mail one day before departure, and you will receive a full refund.

If you are visiting by car, you can park for free in the cruise-only area after entering the 'Yeouido Hangang Park No. 1 Parking Lot (86-5 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu)' and going straight ahead. However, during weekends and festivals, the roads and parking lots are very crowded, so please use public transportation if possible.

*In the event of deteriorating weather conditions or natural disasters leading to flight cancellations, and if you were not informed in advance, please follow the instructions provided by the on-site staff. Typically, a full refund is processed in such cases.

The Moonlight Music Cruise is a cruise where you can listen to a romantic jazz performance under the bright moonlight shining over the city. Look at the rainbow-lit Banpo Bridge and the Moonlight Rainbow Fountain, and take pictures of Sebitdungdung Island! (The Moonlight Rainbow Fountain is closed from November to March. Route: Yeouido - Banpo Bridge - Yeouido

Starlight Cruise

On the Starlight Cruise, you can listen to live music performances and see the night view of Seoul and the National Assembly building. Looking at the lights reflecting on the calm waters, you will feel the romance in the Seoul night air. Route: Yeouido - Seogang Bridge - Yeouido

Han River Tour Cruise

If you want to enjoy the sight of the Han River and Seoul during the daytime, use the Han River Tour Cruise course! This product is a ticket that does not require a specific date and time, so you can enjoy the cruise freely within the operating hours when you visit the Han River.

Yeouido Han River Tour Cruise departs from Yeouido and passes through Seogang Bridge, where you can see the National Assembly Building.

There are many seagulls on the Han River, so you can buy seagull snacks from the onboard store and experience feeding seagulls.

How to Get There

Exit Yeouido Station Subway Line 5 Exit 3 and walk towards the right. Walk towards the water and you will see the E-land Cruise Ticket Office and cruise port. It takes approximately 8 minutes on foot.
