Han River Cruise | Yeouido E-land Cruise

1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page. 

2. Proceed with the full payment.

3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and you'll receive a voucher.

4. Please arrive 30 minutes early to the meeting point. please do not forget the bring your ID card.

5. Show your voucher at the E-Land Cruise ticket booth and fill out the boarding form. After ID verification, exchange for a physical ticket. All passengers must complete the form and ID check before getting paper tickets. Mobile tickets are not accepted due to ID verification.

6. Enjoy the tour!

• Please complete the reservation 2 days before the cruise. 
• If you need to make changes to the reservation date or time, contact help@creatrip.com.
• Children under 35 months are free. The child must have a passport for identification as well.
• The Banpo Rainbow Bridge operates from April to October but may be closed due to weather conditions or other reasons.
• For the safety of the customer, the cruise may be canceled depending on the weather conditions. In this case, we will inform you of the cancellation through SMS and e-mail one day before departure, and you will receive a full refund.
• If you are visiting by car, you can park for free in the cruise-only area after entering the 'Yeouido Hangang Park No. 1 Parking Lot (86-5 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu)' and going straight ahead. However, during weekends and festivals, the roads and parking lots are very crowded, so please use public transportation if possible.
