一個舒服週末嘅食譜:牛骨湯水餃湯(사골 만둣국)— 用快速牛骨高湯整嘅餃子湯。用現成嘅「Yeonduring」(연두링)牛骨湯底,加入凍或手造嘅大件王餃,同埋鍾意嘅話加一把年糕(떡국떡)。慢慢細火煮,避免餃子爆開,然後打入蛋液拌勻,面上鋪薄切青蔥同碎味付海苔(조미김)增味。豐富嘅餃子餡會溶入湯裡,每大勺都好似一碗新年嘅好運同慰藉。簡單步驟:用水同Yeonduring整湯底,煮餃子同年糕5分鐘,加入蛋,撇走浮沫,最後加蔥同胡椒,上碟前撒上海苔。
