Things to Keep In Mind
Only foreigners above 15 years of age can make a reservation.
Complete reservation at least 3 days prior. A confirmation voucher will be sent to your e-mail.
If your reservation is canceled due to sellout or other reasons, a 100% refund will be provided.
Seats are decided by order of arrival. No changes are possible.
No filming is allowed with cameras, camcorders, or cellphones. You might be asked to exit without warning.
You need to follow the staff's order in SBS Prism Tower.
You cannot exit the hall during the show. If you need to use the restroom frequently, tell the staff beforehand.
You have to climb 3 floors on foot. If you cannot use the stairs, inform us through e-mail.
You can enter SBS Prism Tower from 16:20. If you arrive early, please wait outside.
The lineup is subject to change depending on the concert organizer's circumstances. Cancellations due to lineup changes will not be eligible for refunds.
100% refund is provided for cancellation 4 days prior to the reserved date. No refund is provided afterward.
If you arrive late to the scheduled meeting time, your spot will be processed as a 'No-show' and you will not be able to enter after 17:10.
