To help travelers use the service smoothly, Creatrip clearly states during the reservation process and on the product page that you must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, and we also set up related reminders and confirmation steps during the reservation confirmation process. It is also stated that if you have not arrived more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, it will be treated as a No Show (failure to show up) according to the policy, and we will be unable to provide a refund, rescheduling, or holding the service.
