• This eSIM cannot be changed to a different plan or switched to another carrier.
• All calls and messages are based on use within domestic numbers. The international calls and messages may deplete the data more quickly.
• You can add calls (11,000 KRW per unit) through the call center, and you can use the additional calls within the usage period of the plan.
• If you do not extend after the expiration period, it will be automatically terminated.
• The eSIM QR code will be sent to the email you provided, between Monday to Saturday (10:00-19:00).
• Depending on the situation, the email may be delayed.
• The usage period begins from the moment the eSIM is activated within Korea.
• If you reserve 2 days before the arrival date, you can use it immediately on the day of arrival.
• This eSIM can only be used in Korea.
• Once activated, refunds are not possible. Transferring to another person or purchasing with someone else's passport, as well as purchasing with the passport of a person who has not entered the country, will result in the service being unavailable, and refunds will also not be possible.

How to check if the eSIM module is installed

From the dial screen, enter *#06# ➜ If there is an EID in the device information, eSIM can be used.

eSIM Activation Guide

• It can only be used on models that are equipped with an eSIM module.
• Refunds due to incompatibility issues are not possible, so please make sure to check the compatibility of your device before purchasing.
• Compatible devices may be added later according to the device manufacturer's policy.
• Devices with a country lock cannot use eSIM services. Please unlock the device before use.
• iPhones purchased in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao do not come with an eSIM module.
• Samsung Galaxy phones (released in Korea) with an eSIM module are only available for the models that are equipped with it.
• Samsung Galaxy phones released in Taiwan do not support eSIM.

How to Check Country Lock Status

1. Go to Settings➜ General ➜ About

2. If it shows "No SIM restrictions" under the carrier lock section, the country lock is lifted.

3. If locked, please request an unlock from your current carrier.
