This eSIM has data only, so please note that you cannot make calls or receive text messages.
This eSIM will only work on eSIM-enabled devices that have Country Lock disabled. Before purchasing, please make sure to check with your current mobile carrier about whether or not Country Lock is disabled and if your device supports an eSIM.
For Galaxy users, please be sure to check if you're able to add a mobile plan as a QR code or activation code by going to 'Settings > Connection > SIM Card Manager' before purchasing. If it is not possible, the eSIM will not be supported by the device.
To register the eSIM on your phone, you'll need to scan the provided QR code using the camera lens of the device you intend to use. Please be sure to be prepared beforehand, as you may need to print the QR code or use an additional device to scan and activate it.
Once you register the QR code on your device, the paid time starts.
You must use the eSIM QR code within 60 days of receiving it and it can only be used on the device it was activated on. You cannot use the same QR code for multiple devices.After arriving in Korea, get on a Wifi network and scan the QR code. For the eSIM recognition to activate, you may need to reboot your phone 3-4 times after scanning the QR code.

This product cannot be canceled or refunded unless there are problems with the product itself.

The iPhone XR/XS/XS Max (11, 12, 13, 14, SE series), Samsung Z Flip, Samsung Galaxy S20, and later models support eSIM. However, we suggest you check with your mobile carrier if your device supports eSIM, because certain devices may not support eSIM depending on the country of origin or model. Google Pixel devices do not support eSIM.
iPhones purchased in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao cannot be supported.
Once a registered eSIM product is deleted, it cannot be re-recognized. Please be careful not to delete or remove the product profile to ensure it remains intact.
