    Introduction

    • No need to stop by a counter in airport. You can get a data package just by scanning a QR code sent by mobile voucher.
    • You do not have to remove your physical SIM card and keep your original phone number as dual SIM.
    • A simple registration on LG U+ website is required to activate the downloaded eSIM data package.

                    • iPhone XR/XS/XS Max and later models (such as the 11, 12 series), Samsung Z Flip, Samsung Galaxy S20, and later models support eSIM. However, it may not be supported depending on the country of purchase or model, so please make sure your model supports eSIM. (Google Pixel model may not be able to use this eSIM)
                    • Galaxy phone users must make sure that they can add the QR code or activation code by going to 'Settings - Connect - SIM card Settings' before purchasing the product. If it isn't an option to add the code, eSIM is not supported.
                    • After registering the QR code, do not erase the QR code even if you are not connected to the internet. If you erase the QR code, you will be held responsible and will not be eligible for a refund. A spare QR code will not be provided.
                    • iPhone purchased in Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macao does not support eSIM.
                    • Scanning the QR code multiple times may restrict the download. If you have a problem with scanning or downloading, please contact help@creatrip.com.
                    • You can purchase up to 3 eSIMs per passport.
                    • You can extend the usage period on the LG U+ website. The contract number is required for the extension, and it can be checked on the LG U+ website (roaming.lguplus.com) under the 'View Reservation/Purchase History' page. (roaming.lguplus.com > My Page > SIM extension)
                    • This product has an expiration date. Please only purchase if you plan to use it within the first 3 months of purchase.

                    • If you use up the daily provided LTE 3GB of data, you can continue using an unlimited amount of data at up to 5Mbps of speed. 3GB of LTE data will be provided every night at 12 AM in Korea time.
                    • You will need to use your phone camera to scan the QR code. Prepare a separate device or printed copy of the QR code beforehand.
