How To Use
- iPhone XR/XS/XS Max and later models (such as the 11, 12 series), Samsung Z Flip, Samsung Galaxy S20, and later models support eSIM. However, it may not be supported depending on the country of purchase or model, so please make sure your model supports eSIM. (Google Pixel model may not be able to use this eSIM)
- Galaxy phone users must make sure that they can add the QR code or activation code by going to 'Settings - Connect - SIM card Settings' before purchasing the product. If it isn't an option to add the code, eSIM is not supported.
- After registering the QR code, do not erase the QR code even if you are not connected to the internet. If you erase the QR code, you will be held responsible and will not be eligible for a refund. A spare QR code will not be provided.
- iPhone purchased in Mainland China/Hong Kong/Macao does not support eSIM.
- Scanning the QR code multiple times may restrict the download. If you have a problem with scanning or downloading, please contact help@creatrip.com.
- You can purchase up to 3 eSIMs per passport.

Things To Keep In Mind
- Offer only valid for reservations through Creatrip. On-site discounts are not possible.

- This SIM is a Data Only product and does not provide additional voice top-up services. Call and text services are not available with this product.
- eSIM is non-refundable in any case, such as incompatible or country-locked devices and deleting the downloaded eSIM. Please make sure to check if your device is eligible for eSIM and if country-lock is disabled with your current carrier.

In case the information is incorrect, the service can be restricted without notice. (roaming.lguplus.com > My Page > SIM registration)
- If you use up the daily provided LTE 3GB of data, you can continue using an unlimited amount of data at up to 5Mbps of speed. 3GB of LTE data will be provided every night at 12 AM in Korea time.
- You will need to use your phone camera to scan the QR code. Prepare a separate device or printed copy of the QR code beforehand.
