How To Use
- The pick-up location can be chosen between the airport, Myeongdong, etc. Please be sure to select a pick-up location when purchasing the product.
- When you arrive at the registration counter, present your passport or ARC and get your SIM at the designated location.
Cancelation Policy
- The date that you select when booking is the date that you will receive the SIM. Reservations can be canceled or changed up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
Things To Keep In Mind
- Due to the nature of the prepaid SIM, cancellation of the plan mid-use is not possible.
- Only those who live in Korea or will enter Korea soon are eligible for a USIM data plan (overseas residents are not eligible).
- If you use a passport to reserve a phone plan, it will automatically be canceled when you leave Korea.
