Things to Keep In Mind

Depending on the reservation volume of the day, the service may be operated in a van or a bus.

The service does not include entrance tickets to Nami Island, traveler's insurance, and food.

If due to unexpected weather conditions the service cannot be operated, the guide in charge may change the schedule. Please refer to the voucher sent to you via email for the travel agency's contact information.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time for a smooth pick-up of every participant. The bus will leave right on the clock. No refund will be processed for missing the bus due to lateness.

For both your journey to Nami Island and your return trip to Seoul, you'll be using the same bus. Make sure to note the location where you board and the bus number.

Only water is permitted on the bus; other food items are not allowed.

Toddlers under 36 months old are free. No separate seat will be provided.

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking. Please present the confirmation email to the guide in charge.

A full refund is available until 3 days prior to the reserved date. No refund will be available thereafter.

How to Reserve

3. Your reservation will be confirmed within 24 hours. 

4. Arrive at the pick-up location and wait for the bus. Present your reservation information as you board the bus. 

What to Expect

The bus will have 'BUS KING BUS QUEEN' written on it. The buses will be black or purple-blue.

Depending on the reservation volume on the day, a van may transport you to Nami Island.
