Hours: Everday 09:30-17:00 (Comes in intervals of 40 minutes for weekdays) and 25 minutes for weekends/public holidays)

Validity: You can freely use the voucher within 90 days from the date of receipt without specifying a reservation date.

Things to Keep In Mind 

You can freely use the voucher within 90 days from the date of receipt without specifying a reservation date. The voucher includes a QR code, and the actual ticket must be exchanged at the Yellow Balloon City Bus ticket booth in front of Dongdaemun Design Plaza.

The voucher will be issued within 1-2 business days after the reservation, and can be confirmed in [My reservation] or the email you provided.

Unused tickets can be refunded if requested within the validity period.

Bus stops that are not stopped at: 116 Dongmyo Market, 117 Seoul Folk Flea Market, 118 Seoul Yakhyeon Market, 119 Majangdong Meat Market, 120 Sindang-dong Jungang Market.

The bus does not stop at the Sejong Cultural Center every Sunday.

Children under 5 years old must bring a proof of identification (passport) for free admission.

Discover Seoul Pass holders can ride the bus for free. Please refer to the Discover Seoul Pass site's manual for details.

If you lose the actual ticket, it cannot be refunded or reissued, so please be careful not to lose it.

The bus does not have assigned seats, so please arrive at least 15 minutes early if you want to sit in a specific seat. Please also consider the time required for ticket exchange.

Standing is prohibited on the bus during operation. If the bus is full, please use the next City Tour Bus.

For the weekly course, you can freely get on and off the bus according to the bus operating hours for each stop after designating the date. Detailed bus schedules are posted at each bus stop.

The course may be changed or delayed by 5-10 minutes due to traffic conditions, protests, accidents, weather, or breakdowns. In this case, the fare will not be refunded.

Eating food is not allowed inside the vehicle.

There are two types of buses depending on the opening and closing of the second floor: open-type and closed-type. It may be dispatched differently every day due to weather conditions, etc.

How to Reserve 

  1. Please fill in all the required information in the reservation page.
  2. Proceed with the full payment.
  3. After 1-2 business days, your reservation will be confirmed with Creatrip. You can check for your voucher at My Page or at the email that you entered when reserving.
  4. Use the voucher within 90 days of purchase. You will have access to unlimited rides for 1 day.
  5. On the day of reservation, please come to the Yellow Balloon City Bus ticket office in front of Exit 1 of Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. Present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket. 
    • The ticket office for Yellow Balloon City Bus is located across from the 'Migliore' Building. You can reach it by going out of Exit 1 and walking along the street. 
  6. Present your physical ticket and board the bus!
