- During the final payment, pay the amount excluding the voucher amount.
During your visit
- Present your reservation details at the information desk on the 2nd floor. (You can see your reservation details on the Creatrip My Page.)
- Please wait for a moment in the waiting area inside the lobby.
- When your name is called, you will be guided to the consultation room to receive information about the procedure you will undergo, including the process, sequence, and duration of the treatment.
- After the procedure, if necessary, you can get a prescription and take the medication from a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.
Our Visit
Today we've visited the popular skin clinic among foreigners, PPEUM Clinic Global Gangnam branch, located just a 7-minute walk from Gangnam Station.
As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a modern interior.
The clinic has a unique airport-like atmosphere. The reception desk looks like a check-in counter, making it fun and appealing to international visitors.
To check in, please show your Creatrip booking confirmation to the staff at the desk. The PPEUM Clinic in Gangnam has staff who speak English, Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Russian, making communication easy.
After checking in at the desk, you'll fill out a basic information form and a consent form for the procedure. Please wait a moment for guidance on your consultation after completing the forms!
Waiting area is pretty spacious and comfortable.
They also offer luggage storage, making it convenient for travelers with heavy bags.
There's also a mini-bar where you can enjoy drinks like coffee and water, and information booklets in English, Chinese, Japanese, and Thai!

When your name is called, you'll be guided to the consultation room.
Once in the consultation room, you'll have a one-on-one discussion about the treatment you're receiving. Our editor choose the Shurink Universe Ultra 300 shots to target her jawline and double chin!
Once the consultation is finished, store your personal belongings in the locker and you're ready for the treatment!

They start by applying an anesthetic spray. It’s best to breathe through your mouth due to the strong scent.
Then wait for 5 minutes and the doctor comes in to start with the treatment.
As discussed earlier, the doctor carefully targeted the main concern areas.
