Creatrip Domestic Trip Insurancefor Foreigners Partnership Group Agreement
Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of "this agreement" is to establish the agreement between Creatrip Inc. (hereafter "Company") and general members and non-members related to using group insurance services where the policyholders are the general members and non-members of the online (web/app) platform (hereafter "Platform") operated by the Company. The Company has all rights regarding the general technology and operation of the Platform, and the services provided through the Platform are managed by the Company, who is the insurance solicitor (insurance agent), and Lotte Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereafter "Lotte"), who is the partner insurance company.
Article 2 Content
The type of group insurance services that are provided by the Company to general members and non-members who sign up after agreeing to the group insurance agreement refers to the insurance provided by Lotte.
Article 3 Member Qualifications
1. The Company shall form a group for insurance registration (group for group insurance based on Commercial Law and the Insurance Business Act) with general members and non-members who have signed up after agreeing to the group insurance service terms and this group insurance agreement, and the group insurance agreement shall be concluded with those who agreed to sign up for insurance as the policyholders.
2. Those who have agreed to this agreement shall be the concerned parties of this agreement.
3. The concerned parties from Subparagraph 2 above shall become qualified to become policyholders of the group insurance by entering the personal information required by the Company and clicking and checking the box that asks whether they agree to the terms of this agreement.
4. "General Member" refers to those who completed the simple membership registration process after providing their personal information on the Platform, and those who are able to temporarily use the services provided by the Company.
5. Registration of accompanying members (accompanying applicant) shall be as follows.
A. When one general member or non-member (representative) enters the information that is required to sign up for insurance (name, mobile phone number, resident registration number, and other information required to calculate the insurance premium) on the Company's Platform, this shall imply that the representative was given permission to agree to the use of various personal information required to sign up for insurance and agree to the terms of this agreement from the remaining accompanying members through the "Group Insurance Agreement".
B. The Company may establish insurance agreements and use them based on this, and if one general member or non-member (representative) agrees to the use of personal information and this agreement, the accompanying members shall also become a member of the group insurance.
6. "Non-member" refers to those who did not complete the simple membership registration process by providing their personal information on the Platform, but can temporarily use the services provided by the Company by registering all information that is required for certain services or products provided by the Platform.
7. The details of the group insurance agreement shall be in accordance with the insurance agreement provided by Lotte, and matters not stipulated in this agreement shall be in accordance with the terms determined between the Company and Lotte.
Article 4 Group Insurance Registration
- The Company may enter into a group agreement with Lotte as the contractor for general members, non-members, and accompanying members.
- General members, non-members, and accompanying members may request to register by completing the consent process.
- General members, non-members, and accompanying members shall apply to register after fully reading through this agreement, general agreement, and the product details of the partner platform, and carefully notify the requested matters of consent.
- When establishing a group insurance agreement where the policyholders are the general members, associate members, and accompanying members and the contractor of the group insurance with the Company, the general members, non-members, and accompanying members agree to allow the Company to batch register them.
- General members, non-members, and accompanying members who wish to sign the insurance agreement must only sign up after fully reading and understanding the insurance terms, product description Q&A, etc., and carefully provide the information requested by Lotte.
- The beneficiary of the group insurance agreement signed by the general members, non-members, and accompanying members shall be the policyholders (general members, non-members, and accompanying members) of the group insurance agreement; if the policyholder is deceased, the legal heir shall become the beneficiary.
- If an accompanying member of the group insurance agreement from Subparagraph 6 above is a minor, the representative from Article 3 Subparagraph 3 of this agreement must be the legal representative of the accompanying member. If the group representative signs up for insurance, they must receive written consent from the legal representative.
- As the group insurance contractor, Company shall appoint all tasks related to group insurance registration, maintenance, policyholder (general members, non-members, accompanying members) maintenance, collecting and paying insurance fees from general members, associate members, and accompanying members, etc. to Lotte.
Article 5 Other Matters
- If the Company must make changes to this agreement due to changes in the service, launch of a new service, enactment or nullification of laws, or member demand, the Company shall immediately change this agreement for the general members, non-members, and accompanying members, and the changed agreement shall immediately take effect.
- The Company may ask for the opinions of the general members, non-members, and accompanying members if necessary to change the agreement, and the general members and non-members shall faithfully agree to provide their opinions.
- General members, non-members, and accompanying members who wish to change the agreement may propose a change in the agreement by presenting a detailed change proposal and the reason to the Company. The Company shall change the agreement in accordance with the regulations of the previous clauses with respect to this request.
- The Company shall ask the general members, non-members, and accompanying members who use the service that is directly impacted by the agreement rules, such as group insurance registration, etc., regarding whether they agree to the application of the agreement. General members and associate members who do not agree to the agreement rules may not enter into the group insurance agreement.
- Regarding the group insurance agreement where the Company is the contractor and the general members, non-members, and accompanying members are the policyholders, the Company is the entity that acts on behalf of the insurance company to conclude the insurance agreement in accordance with Article 2 Subparagraph 10 of the Insurance Business Act and the insurance agent who is registered in accordance with Article 84 of the same Act. The Company shall collect personal information based on the consent form for collecting, using, providing, and viewing personal information as agreed by the general members, non-members, and accompanying members.
