Your reservation time was July 29 at 15:00. To help travelers use the service smoothly, Creatrip clearly states during the reservation process and on the product page that you must arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time, and we also set up related reminders and confirmation steps during the reservation confirmation process. It is also stated that if you have not arrived more than 15 minutes after the reservation time, it will be treated as a No Show (failure to show up) according to the policy, and we will be unable to provide a refund, rescheduling, or holding the service.
Because this type of experience is a reservation-based service, the shop reserves that time slot in advance according to the reservation and prepares staff to receive guests. Therefore, even if you are unable to arrive within the reservation time, that service time slot still cannot be offered to other travelers. These rules are also in place to protect the rights and interests of all travelers and partner shops, and they apply to all reservations.
