* If you wish to request a refund, please go to the Korean Language Institute office (room 201) and fill out the refund application form. Please bring a copy of your bankbook, passport, and resident card.
* If you request a refund to an international account, the remittance fee will be deducted from the refund.
D-4 Visa Notice
The D-4 is a student visa for those who wish to study language for more than one semester. Students applying for a single semester may apply for a short-term C-3-1 visa that is valid for 90 days.
You may apply for your D-4 visa after receiving the Standard Admission Form from the school.
You must apply for a visa at a Korean Embassy in your home country.
The D-4 visa allows a stay of 6 months and must be renewed every 3 months after entering the country.
Visa issuance period can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, so please check with your local Korean Embassy and plan accordingly.

The school's document review takes 2-3 weeks from the date the school receives the documents
If any physical documents are lost or missing, you will need to re-submit them and cover any fees.
If the school requests additional information, you may need to submit additional documents and pay any associated fees.

Step 5 | Application & Document Submission After the physical document review is complete, Creatrip prepares your application and delivers the documents to the school. It takes about 2 weeks for the school review. If there is an issue with documents, we will contact you by e-mail. What is an Apostille?
This is the verification procedure by which countries are able to legally recognize certificates or documents from a foreign country.

Yonsei University, along with Seoul National University and Korea University, make up the top three universities representative of Korea, commonly referred to by the acronym "SKY".
