Wolmido

Wolmido is Incheon's most well-known island. It is only 1 km away from Incheon's coast and has a diameter of 4 km. The island is often visited by Korean as there is a small amusement park and tons of cafes and restaurants. There even is a fish market with the freshest seafood!

The Wolmi Theme Park, though small in size, has everything an amusement park needs. It is so well-known and also featured in Descendents of the Sun in a scene featuring Song JoongKi and Son Hyegyo. The most popular ride at Wolmi Theme Park is the Wolmi Viking. The thrilling, gut-wrenching ride can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Other than the Viking, the Disco Pang pang and Merry-go-round is also popular.

Chinatown

Incheon Chinatown was first established in 1883 when Incheon Port was opened. This area is where many Chinese immigrants settled so there was, and still is, an abundance of imported Chinese goods.

There are tons of Chinese restaurants, Chinese bakeries, and cafes. The walls are decorated with scenes from Samgukji. Other than that, there are tons to see!

Songwol-dong Fairytale Village

Dongwol-dong Fairytale Village is a whole village full of cartoon characters from all over the world. There is a road called Dorothy road, Red Hood Road, Jeollae Folktale Road, and 11 other themed roads! All over the village are art installations of these cartoons!

The village is painted in colorful decorations which makes it feel like you're inside an animated tale!
