Why We Recommend It
When I visited famous places like Busan Lotte World, it was convenient to go straight to Daeboreum.
Gijang Osiria is the hot spot in the center, and there are plenty of photo zones in the store where you can take lifetime shots.
It is a complex space that combines cafes, kitchens, and parties, so you can enjoy it as a cafe or have a meal.

Our Visit
Today, I visited a restaurant called Daeboreum near Lotte World in Busan.
Daeboreum is a brand that embodies the values of 'jeong', 'bok', and 'sowonseongchwi' in Korean food culture, where people gather to wish for abundance, happiness, and good health on the day of Daeboreum.
There are certificates attached to the entrance of the store, which were selected by Gijung Army as 'Safe Restaurant' and the Korean Tourism Restaurant Certificate.
Especially 'Ansim Sikdang' is a place that follows 'providing tools for eating less', 'hygienic utensil management', and 'wearing masks by staff' so you can eat with peace of mind if you have proof of compliance.
When you go a little further, there is 'Bormi', the mascot of Daeboreum.
Bormi is the owner of the moon and, although he may seem gruff, he is the possessor of a more delicate sensibility than anyone else, and he runs to fulfill the wishes of many people.
Cute Bormi right next to me, I think the picture will turn out really well!
The store is divided into separate areas with cozy cafe sofas for relaxing and kitchen chairs for dining.
Of course, one advantage is that you can solve a meal and even have dessert while resting.
There are lights installed in the high ceiling that depict the shape of the full moon.
Decorating every corner of the store adorably adds not only the fun of eating and resting but also the fun of watching.
Also, Daeboreum sells alcohol as well.
Then it's practically like operating a cafe, restaurant, and bar at the same time!
Most of the meals during Daebo reum are Western-style dishes, and there is a famous pasta restaurant in Gijang that many locals also visit.
Editor ordered a total of four items: 안심 스테이크 (tenderloin steak), Full 마르게리타 피자 (Full Margherita pizza), 해산물 토마토 파스타 (seafood tomato pasta), and Full Moon 버거 (Full Moon burger).

I also ordered drinks and the cup holder had a picture of Borumi, so it was cute.
Now that I look, the cup holder background color is yellow, which reminds me of a full moon. It's also fun to find hidden details like this!
The sirloin steak had a tender and savory taste, thanks to the use of sirloin meat.
Just add some sauce and vegetables if you feel it's a little bland or tasteless!
As you can see from the picture, the handmade burger has an incredibly thick patty.
In addition, the patty is made with sirloin, so it is much less chewy.
Featuring a patty that incorporates a sense of relief and a rich meaty flavor, topped with savory bacon, fresh vegetables that help balance the heaviness, and finally, a unique special sauce exclusive to Majimak, creating a mouthwatering taste sensation.
Together, the potato fries are also accompanied by truffle oil, making them fragrant, with a crispy exterior and moist interior, the epitome of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Pizza and pasta also tasted more delicious than ever, perhaps because they were made with added 'jeong'.
Especially, a lot of seafood in the pasta made the harmony of smooth noodles and chewy seafood exciting.
From coffee to meals, and even a glass of wine, come and share 'jeong' and find 'bok' with your loved ones at Daeboreum, where you can solve everything!
