Our Visit

We decided to visit the renowned London Bagel Museum after being captivated by its presence all over our social media feeds. Intrigued by the massive crowds and the reported wait times of up to 2 hours, we headed to their Dosan branch located in Apgujeong. Here's a glimpse of our experience and what the place looked like!

Imagine sitting on the terrace, basking in the warm sunshine or enjoying a cool breeze while savoring your freshly baked bagel. The stylish ambiance adds to the overall charm, making it a delightful spot to relax and indulge in your favorite treats.

First Floor

Upon arrival, the staff will assist you in securing a seat before you place your order. This ensures that you have a designated spot to enjoy your meal comfortably.

The process of selecting your desired bagels is a hands-on and personalized experience. Once inside, you will find yourself faced with a tempting array of scrumptious-looking bagels on display. To make your selections, you can grab a tray provided by the cafe. With the tray in hand, you can take your time and carefully choose the bagels that catch your eye.

The selection of bagels is overwhelming because you want to try them all!

Popular bagels tend to be sold out when you come in the afternoon, so it is recommended that you come in earlier.

You can also choose a cream cheese to go with your bagel. The flavors are quite diverse and most of them aren't common combinations in Korea.

At the counter, you can order hot soup to go with your bagel as well.

The first floor makes you feel like you're really in a London bakery. The decor and the attention to detail was quite impressive.

They have merchandise for sale as well! The size of those mugs had us tempted to get one.

When you are called to pick up your food, grab your tray from the counter and head on upstairs!

Second Floor

We each got a bagel and a soup.

London Bus Sandwich 11,800 KRW

The London Bus Sandwich had cherry peppers sandwiched between basil sauce and cream cheese, and arugula stuck on top of the bread! The combination of tanginess of the cherry pepper and creaminess of the cream cheese was obviously delicious.

Double Bacon Potato Sandwich 14,800 KRW

The Double Bacon Potato Sandwich was one hefty bagel sandwich filled with mashed potatoes, bacon, tomatoes, and bacon jam! The bacon jam had just the right amount of kick make this the perfect meal!

Tomato Rose Soup 10,500 KRW

The Tomato Rose Soup consists of simmered with tomatoes, garlic, onions, bacon, and cheese. This was great to have in between bites of the bagels.

Mushroom Soup 12,800 KRW

The Mushroom Soup consists of plenty of mushrooms and onions. The truffle aroma was strong and rich and tasted quite luxurious.

The second floor is spacious with plenty of seats and the walls are simple yet stylish.

In the middle of the room, there is a self-service bar where you can get free water, utensils, and napkins.

In the back, there's also a separate room for a gift shop and also a photo zone!

They also sell fabric tote bags which were tempting.

They also had cute postcards, stickers, and also stuffed horse plushies!

There are plenty of photo zones outside, so you'll see plenty of people taking photos in front of the cafe.

Many people opt to get the bagels for take-out from the cafe, either to enjoy them at home or in their hotels. This is quite understandable as the potential wait times at the cafe may make it challenging for individuals to return later. As a result, customers often choose to maximize their visit by purchasing as many bagels as they can during their time at the cafe.

It is highly recommended that you try London Bagel Museum at least once during your visit to Korea.
