International Shipping Fee Prepayment
Due to the nature of on-demand products, where the weight of the product cannot be accurately determined before ordering, the prepaid shipping fee will be refunded after payment.
The prepaid shipping fee is calculated based on the assumption that each product weighs over 2kg. However, as the majority of clothing items typically weigh around 500g to 1kg, you may receive a refund of 50% to 70% of the prepaid amount after the shipment has started.

For example, if you purchase one short-sleeved T-shirt (200g), one set of socks (200g), and one sweatshirt (600g),
An interim charge of 1181.5 TWD (354.5*3 +118), which is the sum of the international air shipping fee for the three items and the domestic shipping fee in Taiwan, will be applied as a prepaid shipping fee.
After the actual shipping fee of 427.5 TWD (354.5*1+ 118) is measured, the difference of 709 TWD will be refunded through the card you used for payment.

The shipping fee is determined by measuring the weight of the products during the Taiwan shipping preparation stage, which occurs after the products are ready for shipment.
When and how is the shipping fee refunded?
The shipping fee will be refunded once the delivery status of the order changes to 'Shipped' after all items are prepared.
For the majority of orders, the delivery status is typically updated to 'Shipped' within one week after payment, so you can expect to check the refund details approximately one week later.
(However, in cases of delays in product preparation due to pre-purchase items or brand circumstances, the refund may also be delayed.)
