When using the request purchasing service, please note that the estimate may be cancelled if you request items that cannot be shipped internationally.

Products that cannot be quoted for request purchase

• If the KF mask exceeds 250 pieces
• Products with attached batteries (rechargeable products)
• Products containing alcohol (perfume, diffuser, alcohol, etc.)
• Used or resold products (KREAM, Bunjang, secondhand books (Yes24, Aladdin), etc.)
• Refrigerated and frozen foods
• Hair dye, nail polish
• Liquid over 500ml(g)
• Food containing meat (excluding ramen)

In addition, if the item does not meet the international shipping criteria, the estimate may be cancelled, and we will inform you of the reason for cancellation.
