We have confirmed the order records, call logs, and system messages with the provider. The driver arrived on time and waited at the pickup address that you entered and confirmed in your order that day. However, the hotel you were actually at was a different location from the hotel listed in the order, and the platform did not receive any request to change the address prior to the departure date. After learning the situation on-site, the driver also indicated a willingness to go pick you up at your actual location, but because the driving time between the two places was long, you decided to cancel after considering your schedule.
Since both the product page and the order page clearly state that same-day cancellations are non-refundable, and since the driver and vehicle had already been dispatched, incurring actual dispatching and scheduling costs, the provider ultimately must handle this according to the established terms and maintain the non-refundable decision. We ask for your understanding.
Regarding the customer service contact: because the provider and the relevant department contacts are not Chinese-language customer service, all confirmations are communicated between the platform’s customer service center and the various departments and then provided as a unified reply.
