If you are an animal lover, you would be thrilled by the cafe we'll introduce! In Thanks Nature Cafe, you can find sheep which you can normally find on farms only.
You can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside in the center of Seoul. Let's find out what they have in store for you!
The owner of the cafe got the idea to open a nature theme cafe when he visited a sheep ranch in Gangwon-do.
He started a contract with the ranch to raise a lamb for six months and return it. It all worked out after that!
The lambs raised here became healthier than they were before. The cafe is taking care of four lambs a year.
When we visited there, we could see for ourselves that the animals were in perfect care.
The furs were kept white, and all the litters were instantly cleaned up. The cafe has taken care of a total of 40 lambs up until today.
These lambs are just eight months old, and you should pay attention to their names! They have the same names as the boys from the Korean TV show The Return of Superman, William and Bentley!
The manger of the cafe often comes out to take care of the lambs, and they always cry "meh", asking for food. It's a calming feeling to watch the animals playing around with people!
Even the way they drink water is cute!
They are very friendly, and you can feed them, stroke them, and take pictures with them if you want!
Note that you should wash your hands before touching them, don't touch them on their heads, and hide strings or laces. Lambs chew up anything that looks like a shoelace.
The cafe is very spacious, and the interior design is lovely as well.
We visited on Sunday at 2 pm, and no one was there. At 3 pm, people started to come looking for cute lambs.
There were patbingsu, toasts, waffles and many other desserts.
We ordered ice cream waffles, watermelon smoothie, and orangeade.
Cute lambs are everywhere, even on the menus! Drinks and desserts will be taken to your seat, so you can play with the lambs while you wait for your food.
While we were playing with the lambs, our foods were ready!
Watermelon smoothies are only available in Summer and was sweet and thirst-quenching. The waffles went perfectly with the ice cream and fresh creams.
